The Review: One of the most important things to travel with is your camera. Without it, how are you going to remember your vacation? I own a Canon EOS Rebel T3i and use the Case Logic FLXM-101 camera bag whenever I travel. (You have probably seen it in several of my blog posts.) It is small enough that I don’t feel weighed down by it, but it is large enough that I can fit all of my daily essentials in it including my camera, extra lens, spare battery, light jacket, water bottle, umbrella, wallet, travel guide, snack, and sunglasses. There are a couple of features of this bag that really stand out for me. (1) The padded camera pouch is removable, so I can put it in another bag if I want. (2) The snaps on the front pocket have finger loops so you don’t put pressure on your camera and lenses.
This product received rave reviews on Amazon. However, some customers did complain that the bag was smaller than they had expected. My advice is that you should always look at the dimensions (outer and inner) very carefully before buying a camera bag. This bag is certainly small for many big DSLR cameras that come with hefty lenses, and no, you can’t pack everything you own in it. But it fits small to medium sized DSLRs like my Rebel T3i + additional lens perfectly, and I still have spare space for the necessities that I would usually carry in a purse.
The Good: Small and compact, Can fit daily essentials, Removable padded camera pouch, Durable, Heavy duty zippers, Lots of pockets
The Bad: Not enough color choices
The Recommendation: I would highly recommend this product for any traveler looking to carry and protect their precious camera in addition to a few travel essentials.
